Description:
Inner cover is excellent abrasion-resistance. It can protect the hose from the friction of depositional silt. And the colored indication layers can reflect the degree of the abrasion effectively. This
can guarantees the normal use of the floating hose.
Application:
Mandrel built high pressure wire reinforced steam hose designed for service with superheated steam in heat control, fire prevention etc. In many industries at max pressure of 17 ATM(250 psi).

Construction:

- Tube:Synthetic rubber EPDM or Silicone.
- Reinforcement:Braided steel wire (3/4" and 1" have 2 steel wire braids).
- Cover: Black or Red Pyrosyn, smooth finish, pin-pricked.
- Temperature: -40° F to 450° F (-40° C to 236° C).
2)Fabric Braided:
- Tube:Black, smooth, EPDM rubber specially compounded to withstand super heated steam.
- Reinforcement: Plies of fabric.
- Cover: Red, smooth (wrapped finish).
- Temperature: -40~+236 degree celcius.
